Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
